Maintenance
For non-emergency repairs, routine maintenance including problems with the heating system or elevator, or to schedule a handyman for repairs within your unit, contact the Resident Manager.
For Emergencies including plumbing leaks, drain stoppages, Common Area electrical outages, and roof leaks, notify the Resident Manager. If the Resident Manager does not answer immediately, please give your name, address, unit number, description of the emergency, and a telephone number where you can be reached. Please remain by your telephone so that service providers can contact you.
For Gas service emergencies, call Southern California Gas Co., (800) 427-2200. Spanish language information is available by calling (800) 342-4545.
Move-in/Move-out Procedures
To ensure safety, guard against potential damage to the Common Areas and Common Facilities, and to minimize disruption to residents, The Association Rules & Regulations provide move-in/move-out procedures.
Please contact the Resident Manager to schedule any move-in/moveout, including delivery of furniture, appliances, and other large items from furniture stores.

Parking
As of January 1, 2009, parking is no longer provided by the Association. A parking space at the west end of the building is provided for loading and unloading only and subject to a 20-minute time limitation. The City of Pasadena has provided two Loading Zone parking spaces on E. Union St. adjacent to the Barcelona.
Security
For crime, fire, and medical emergencies, call 911. For all other non-emergencies, call the Pasadena Police Dept. at (626) 744-4501. Report fire safety issues to the Pasadena Fire Dept. at (626) 744-4655.
Laundry Room
Report washer and dryer problems to the Resident Manager.
Garbage
A dumpster is provided at the west end of the building for disposal of household garbage and trash only. All household garbage and trash must be placed inside the dumpster and may not be left outside of or next to the dumpster. Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed inside the dumpster.
Placing of unwanted objects, e.g., furniture, mattresses, used appliances, books, etc. into or near the dumpster is strictly prohibited. Such objects must be removed directly from the units by the Resident and at the Resident's expense.
